First one wins. People will look at it straight away and know what it is you're up to. Second picture is nice; I like the cross, although it doesn't delineate what you're all about as well.

The first one is nicer. It says 'Sit down and make yourself comfortable'. The second one looks like the Borg are coming to get you.
